The CONSULTATION may be REQUIRED for some of the following treatments:

(RF Fractional Needling, Chemical Peels, SOME Advanced Treatments)

Once again, the consultation is RECOMMENDED but NOT required for all treatments. We tailor all plans or treatment guides and sessions to suit your needs! If you decide to proceed with a treatment the same time/appointment of the consultation, the consultation fee will be applied toward your service. Otherwise, the consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The consultation includes:

·      An In Depth Skin/Health Assessment

·      Medical History Revision (Treatment Approval)

·      Skincare Regimens (AM/PM Customized Regimens with Medical & Clinical Recommendations Only)

·      An In Depth Treatment Plan & Guide

A VALID ID IS REQUIRED FOR ALL VISITS.
