Skin Haus Aesthetics Policies
Please carefully read our policies prior to booking.
To be able to bring you the best possible experience we do require our policies to be reviewed and
agreed upon.
General Office Policies:
Children, pets, guests, opened beverages, and large shopping bags are not permitted entry. If a patient
does bring along a child or a guest they will be required to sit outside in the waiting hall on the
benches (regardless of age).
Prepayment Fee or Deposit Fee:
We require a 50% prepaid fee to book our treatments. It is a form of security deposit to ensure we
reserve the allotted time specifically for you. We do have the right to keep the prepaid fee in any of
the cases mentioned below.
For injectables and some procedures we do not charge a 50% prepayment fee. We charge a
reservation slot fee and the price depends on the units or number of syringes agreed upon in person.
Rescheduling & Cancellations:
Understanding that everyone’s time is valuable and we treat everyone equally and fairly, we do
require a 48 hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Any notice or request sent within less
than 48 hours will result in a complete forfeit of the prepayment fee or deposit.
Late Fees:
We only allow a grace period of 10 minutes only. As a patient you should not be late to the
appointment but if you must 10 minutes are allowed.
Arrivals between 10-15 minutes will be charged a late fee of $50.00. The fee is automatically applied
and will not be negotiable. Please refrain from calling last minute to negotiate the late fee as it is
automatically applied and will not be removed.
At exactly 15 minutes, the appointment is cancelled and you will be marked as a no show.
All cancellations and no shows FORFEIT (lose) the complete prepayment fee or deposit.
No Shows:
Any patient who does not show up to the appointment without a courtesy message or notice only has
1 more booking chance. If it occurs again, the patient is terminated from booking. All no shows
FORFEIT (lose) the prepaid fee.
Refunds & Payments:
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS. We do not offer any refund for services, treatments, packages, gift
cards, tips, product sales, merchandise, or prepayments & deposits. All sales are final.
Exchanges:
We do not exchange any products or merchandise sold. Services may not be exchanged as well. If an
exchange is needed between family members or friends the new patient is required to book the 1:1
New Patient Consultation and pay for it separately.
Payment Methods:
We only accept Cash, Credit, and Debit Cards.
We do not accept Apple Pay, Venmo, or Cashapp.
We do offer Klarna (4 interest free installments) for checkouts. Download the Klarna App and have it
connected to your banking details and card BEFORE coming to your appointment to be able to check
out swiftly.
Identification:
A valid ID is required to be saved on file for all new patients. Underage patients are required to
provide a passport or birth certificate copy as an identification method.
